-负责百度网盘的内容传播策划，能够敏锐捕捉社会情绪和当下热点，提前发现具有爆火潜力的内容趋势发想具体传播内容或快速响应已成型的热点趋势，实现传播目标获得最佳传播收益，并能对结果负责
-能够根据项目目标主动发想传播创意，独立完成创意内容从0-100的策划，内部沟通，资源把控和执行落地，确保创意可以精准为品牌服务，打造品效合一的案例作品
-需具备优秀的内容sense和审美，对物料产出品质有高水准把控，而非产出行业行活
-能进行活动效果数据分析和方法论沉淀，不断迭代优化内容策略，提升传播效果
职责要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上学历，5年以上甲方/乙方丰富的创意策划和执行经验，并成功落地过大型传播项目、明星营销、达人营销经验均可
-大厂、内容平台或知名广告公司背景均可，有爆款案例操盘经验和产出为加分项
-对爆款作品产出仍有极高的热情，具备从0-100独立负责项目的热忱和能力
-对于流行、新鲜事物有较高的敏感度，有敏锐的创意能力和审美。对AI产品或AI行业要有一定程度的了解，做过AI产品营销的加分
