工作职责 / Responsibilities
-参与并负责百度文库PC/wise/桌面应用场景的智能文档架构设计、代码开发、性能优化，致力于为用户提供最优质的使用体验。
-根据项目任务计划，高效完成高质量编码和测试工作，确保软件质量和进度。
-把控交付质量及长期规划，通过不断迭代优化，为用户提供极致体验，同时提高产品的稳定性和可靠性。
-推动技术与产品创新，建设良好的技术文档，帮助团队理解需求和技术架构，提高交付效率。
职责要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
-有丰富的前端应用（PC/H5/小程序）开发经验
-精通JS、HTML、CSS基础，熟练使用Vue、React等MVX框架。
-熟悉至少一门后端语言（Node/GO/Python等），熟悉与后端的协作模式。
-具备Electron、Node-Webkit等跨平台桌面应用开发经验者优先。
-具备创造性思维能力，有较强的自我驱动性，追求做事效率。
-具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务并对系统进度进行把控。
-对数据敏感，善于用数据来说明产出效果。
