工作职责 / Responsibilities

-参与大模型在信息流推荐场景中的应用探索与落地，包括内容理解、用户兴趣建模、推荐策略优化等方向

-参与大模型相关算法方案设计与实验，包括Prompt设计、模型微调（SFT/蒸馏等）及效果评估

-基于离线数据与在线指标，对推荐效果进行分析与优化，推动模型能力在业务中的迭代

-与工程及产品团队协作，推动大模型能力在推荐系统中的工程化与规模化应用

职责要求 / Requirements

-计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业硕士/博士在读，有推荐系统或大模型相关研究/实践经验优先

-熟悉机器学习或深度学习基础，了解LLM、推荐系统、NLP或多模态方向之一

-熟练使用Python，掌握至少一种深度学习框架（如PyTorch/TensorFlow），具备良好的数据分析与实验能力

-具备良好的学习能力与工程意识，能够主动推进问题分析与方案迭代
