Обязанности:

Введение полного цикла подбора персонала(от размещения вакансий до выхода сотрудника на работу)

Составление и размещение вакансий на сайтах и в соцсетях.

Активный поиск кандидатов (hh,соцсети,рекомендации и др.)

Проведение телефонных и очных интервью.

Подготовка и сопровождение кандидатов на всех этапах отбора.

Взаимодействие с руководителями подразделений по вопросам подбора.

Введение базы кандидатов.

Требования:

Высшее образование (желательно в сфере управления с персоналом,психологии,социологии или смежных направлениях)

Опыт работы в подборе персонала от 1 года

Навыки работы с hh,соцсетями и другими источниками поиска.

Хорошие коммуникативные навыки,грамотная речь

Ответственность, самостоятельность

Знание ПК на уровне опытного пользователя
