Обязанности:

  • Запуск и сопровождение опросов NPS, CSAT/CSI на цифровых (мобильное приложение, интернет-банк) и офлайн-каналах банка

  • Сбор, обработка и первичный анализ обратной связи клиентов

  • Участие в подготовке ежемесячных и квартальных отчётов по CX-метрикам

  • Помощь в подготовке и проведении качественных и количественных исследований (брифы, гайды интервью, участие в интервью)

  • Анализ и категоризация открытых текстовых комментариев клиентов

  • Работа с аналитической платформой Amplitude - обучение предоставляется

  • Подготовка аналитических материалов и презентаций для команды

Требования:

  • Аналитический склад ума, внимание к деталям

  • Уверенное владение MS Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы), PowerPoint

  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь на русском и кыргызском языках

  • Интерес к исследованиям, готовность разбираться в методологии (JTBD, глубинные интервью, количественные методы)

  • Опыт работы с опросами, аналитикой или клиентским сервисом - будет плюсом

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с любой аналитической платформой

  • Базовые знания SQL

  • Опыт работы в банковском, телеком- или сервисном секторе
