Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and analytical with 1 to 3 Years of experience for our PMO Analyst role, who can understand business requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, assist in solution discussions, and support project execution. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Business Understanding

• Gather and understand business requirements from users and stakeholders.

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.

• Document requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and business scenarios.

Solution Analysis & Coordination

• Participate in solution discussions and evaluate possible approaches.

• Understand existing applications, integrations, and technology landscape.

Technology Awareness

• Possess basic understanding of enterprise technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration concepts.

• Coordinate with technical teams to track development, testing, and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with business users, development teams, QA teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, requirement discussions, and status reviews.

• Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), action trackers, and project updates.

• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress.Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge project management practices.

• Familiarity with SQL, databases, APIs, or cloud technologies is preferred.

• B.E/B.Tech with 1-3 years of experience

• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
