  • Lead projects involving finance transformation, process improvement, financial reporting modernization, technical accounting, and systems enablement.
  • Advise clients through acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, integrations, and other strategic transactions.
  • Support transaction-related activities, including financial due diligence readiness, accounting assessments, integration planning, and post-close execution.
  • Help clients design, build, and scale high-performing finance organizations capable of supporting growth, increasing complexity, and evolving stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead client engagements involving technical accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, and IPO readiness when needed.

  • Lead cross-functional engagement teams while ensuring exceptional client service and successful project execution.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred; CFA, MBA, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience across audit, accounting advisory, consulting, transaction advisory, and/or Office of the CFO services.
