Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development professional to support growth initiatives across government, public sector, and private sector clients. The role involves identifying new opportunities, monitoring procurement portals, supporting proposal development, and assisting senior leadership in business development and client engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, public sector, and private sector clients.
- Monitor UAE government and semi-government procurement portals for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.
- Support end-to-end proposal development including EOIs, technical proposals, commercial submissions, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research, lead identification, and opportunity tracking through networking, events, digital platforms, and market intelligence tools.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.
- Maintain opportunity pipelines, update CRM systems, and support BD performance reporting.
- Support senior leadership in client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UAE government procurement and tendering processes.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and market intelligence capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, advisory services, proposal management, or government contracting.
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms is strongly preferred.
Language
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
