Join our team as a Call Center Representative, where you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, answering incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, relaying guest requests, and assisting guests in fulfilling their requests. You will also process end-of-shift reports, contact housekeeping and facilities departments when guests report room issues, and maintain knowledge of property information and memorabilia. The work environment may be bright, loud, and stressful. The target salary for this position is $15.50 per hour.

- Answers incoming phone calls, routing as necessary, and relaying guest requests to appropriate staff.
- Assists guests in fulfilling their requests, processing and submitting end-of-shift reports.
