  • Serving as the primary point of contact for players across digital platforms, managing concurrent multilingual interactions.
  • Communicating effectively with players via live chat and email, and completing LIVE KYC verifications in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Taking ownership of escalations and following them through to resolution, while striving to resolve issues on the first contact.
