Join Bally's, a leading gaming and entertainment company, as a Compliance Manager. In this role, you will manage and improve the gaming compliance program, monitor changes in gaming laws and regulations, maintain relationships with gaming regulators, and support compliance with internal controls. You will also conduct compliance reviews, investigate potential violations, and advise business partners on compliance considerations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information are essential for success in this position.
Missions
- Manage and continuously improve the gaming compliance program, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, monitoring, training, issue escalation, and corrective action tracking.
- Monitor changes in gaming laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and license conditions; communicate requirements and coordinate timely implementation.
- Conduct or coordinate periodic compliance reviews, testing, and risk assessments; document findings and monitor remediation through closure.
