Join our team as a Front Office Clerk, where you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, relaying guest requests, and assisting with reservations. You will also handle cash transactions, resolve guest complaints, and maintain knowledge of current marketing promotions. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain composure under stress.
