Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities on property, including identifying deficiencies and performing repairs. You will also assist with creating a preventative maintenance schedule and handle routine guest complaints. This position requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. The target hourly rate is $17.36.
Missions
- Establish and maintain positive guest relations by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Assist in creating and following a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure the upkeep of the property.
