The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports day-to-day facility functionality through preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and continuous improvement efforts.
Hours: M-F, 8A-5P
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour.

- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues
- Complete work orders accurately and timely using a maintenance management system (CMMS), if applicable
- Conduct inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and systems
- Support facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs as needed
- Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Assist with installation, modification, or upgrades of equipment and systems
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- [2-5]+ years of maintenance or technician experience in a similar environment
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to [50-75] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills; CMMS experience a plus
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- EPA, HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance certifications
- Experience in [manufacturing / warehouse / facilities / property management] environment
- Welding, fabrication, or PLC knowledge
- Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification
