Assistant Store Manager (m/f) - Permanent Contract

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for store management, business performance, people management, inventory control, and leadership. You should have prior experience in a high-end ready-to-wear brand and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Missions

• Assurer la gestion quotidienne du magasin, y compris la conformité aux procédures et à la stratégie définies par la direction.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale et financière, maîtriser le P&L du magasin et mettre en place des plans d'action pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs.
• Gérer l'équipe, organiser le travail en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise, identifier les besoins en recrutement et participer aux entretiens d'embauche.
