Deine Ausbildung

In deiner 2,5-jährigen Ausbildung erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in den bundesweiten Filialen einer zukunftsorientierten, internationalen Bank.

  • Gesamtheitlicher Einblick in unsere Bankenwelt. Du lernst unsere Bankprodukte kennen, tauchst in die Kredit- und Anlageberatung ein und berätst schon nach kurzer Zeit eigenverantwortlich deine ersten Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Direkter Praxistransfer deiner Lerninhalte aus der Berufsschule und internen Trainings in den Arbeitsalltag.
  • Gemeinsames Ziel ist Dein Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Bankkaufmann/-frau vor der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK).

Dein Profil

  • Fachabitur oder Abitur mit guten Noten in den Hauptfächern.
  • Interesse an Finanzen sowie Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und moderne Bankthemen.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit persönlichen Daten und Anliegen.
