TSB Customer Support is looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join our Specialist Services team in Birmingham.
Working from our Birmingham office full-time, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant support that keeps our customers and processes running smoothly.
Whether you're resolving enquiries, supporting customer requests, carrying out a variety of post room administrative activities, or contributing to projects and continuous improvement, you’ll bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to doing things the right way. A desire to be flexible to support across the Customer Support function will be vital.
Your ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and adapt to change will help us provide exceptional service and meet regulatory standards every time.

The starting salary is £24,700 together with a £2,223 (9%) flexible benefit allowance and the opportunity to earn a
discretionary performance-related bonus of 5% of salary.
