In Deiner 2,5-jährigen Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement (w/m/d) lernst Du am Standort Mönchengladbach alles über Prozesse, Strukturen und Standards, die eine moderne Bank benötigt.
- Gesamtheitlicher Einblick in unsere Büroprozessedurch Deine aktive Unterstützung unserer Teams in Bereichen wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Personal und Risiko.
- Direkter Praxistransfer Deiner Lerninhalte aus der Berufsschule und internen Trainings in den Arbeitsalltag.
- Gemeinsames Ziel ist Dein Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement vor der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK).
Dein Profil
- Fachabitur oder Abitur mit guten Noten in den Hauptfächern.
- Interesse an Digitalisierung und Projektmanagement zur Optimierung unserer Bankprodukte und -prozesse.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten verbunden mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an Teamarbeit.
