In Deinem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm optimierst Du Geschäftsprozesse, treibst Veränderungen voran und gestaltest das Banking von morgen in einer internationalen Bank.

  • Anders als in vielen klassischen Traineeprogrammen gestaltest Du Deine Stationen aktiv mit. Je nach Interessen kannst Du beispielsweise Einblicke in Produktmanagement, Sales Management, Business Development, People & Culture oder weitere Managementbereiche erhalten.
  • Du arbeitest an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Bank ein.
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in strategische Entscheidungen und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen.

Dein Profil

  • Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit gesammelt.
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, denkst vernetzt und bringst neue Ideen ein.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
