Role OverviewThe Junior CRM Associate will support logistics and dispatch operations by coordinating loads, managing schedules, and maintaining communication with clients and drivers. This is an entry-level role with a clear progression path into full CRM or Dispatch positions based on performance.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in logistics, operations, or customer relationship management within international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in booking loads through load boards and partner networks
- Support dispatch operations by coordinating drivers and tracking shipments
- Maintain accurate CRM records (clients, loads, delivery updates)
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and brokers to confirm schedules
- Monitor shipments and escalate delays or issues
- Support reporting with daily or weekly updates
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations and finance
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Degree or background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems
