Предстоит лидировать команду аналитиков и выстраивать полный цикл работы с базой - от исследования генотипов клиентов до внедрения коммуникационных стратегий и защиты стратегических прогнозов до 2030 года.

  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт работы в CRM / клиентской аналитике с розничными клиентами от 2 лет в банковском секторе
  • Продвинутый уровень владения Excel (сложные формулы, сводные таблицы, Power Query/Pivot)
  • Опыт построения финансовых моделей и расчета экономической эффективности кампаний
  • Понимание жизненного цикла клиента, каналов продаж и методологии планирования
  • Data-to-Insight: способность превращать сырые данные и цифры в полезную информацию и бизнес-идеи
