Обязанности:
  • Обработка обращений сети через Jira по процессам международного проекта;
  • Решение нестандартных кейсов с привлечением смежных подразделений и финансовых советников;
  • Мониторинг соблюдения дедлайнов
  • Формирование статистики по сервису Request;
  • Поддержание базы данных и знаний в актуальном состоянии.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы в колл-центре, поддержке продаж ФИНАНСОВОЙ компании от 1 года;
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности;
  • Владение английским языком (уровень B1 и выше).
