Your role will be responsible for
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and distribution of materials and equipment
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, housekeeping and safety standards
- Managing warehouse inventory, including large catalogues and high-value stock
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
- Supporting and leading warehouse improvement projects, including facility upgrades and yard layout optimisation
- Supporting operations by maintaining housekeeping standards in warehouse and yard.
- Ensuring warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with site safety standards and operational requirements

Suitable candidates will have
- A minimum of five years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Previous experience within the resources sector or heavy engineering environment
- Demonstrated experience managing large catalogues and high-value inventories
- Current forklift licence
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing operational demands
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
