Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Wingfield. This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing an established customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities across your territory.

As the face of the Truckline brand within your territory, you'll partner with customers to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term growth.
You'll spend the majority of your time visiting customers, strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. Whether your background is in automotive, transport, industrial sales, or account management, we are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road and developing trusted customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across your territory
- Develop new business opportunities and expand Truckline's customer base
- Build strong relationships with workshop owners, fleet operators, transport businesses, and key decision-makers
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure sales opportunities
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer requirements
- Analyse customer purchasing patterns and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Territory Management, Business Development, or Sales
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
- Experience within automotive, transport, industrial, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries will be highly regarded
- A current driver's licence
