Branch Manager

We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our branch, strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing people and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving business development and sales growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance management.
- Oversee branch operations, including engine assembly outcomes, customer service and financial administration.
- Identify business growth opportunities through market insight, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with Bapcor safety standards, company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage complex customer enquiries.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous leadership experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar role.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience driving business development, sales growth and customer retention.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
- Commercial acumen and experience managing business performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Experience within the diesel engine, commercial vehicle, transport, automotive aftermarket or related industries will be highly regarded.
