Bapcor Limited (ASX: BAP) is Asia-Pacific's leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, workshop equipment, and vehicle services, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. Founded in 1971 (originally as Burson Auto Parts), the company operates an end-to-end supply chain network spanning more than 800 locations across Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand.

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy helping customers find the right solution?

As part of the Bapcor Group, Toperformance is the trusted Australian partner for KONI, supplying a nationwide network of customers and resellers, as well as supporting major OEM and commercial vehicle manufacturers, including Kenworth, MAN, and other leading transport brands.

What sets Toperformance apart is its deep technical knowledge and commitment to helping customers find the right solution. The team works closely with KONI's global engineering and technical specialists, providing expert advice and support for a wide range of applications.

Joining Toperformance means becoming part of a close-knit, knowledgeable team where your contribution makes a real difference. You'll work with respected brands, learn from industry experts, and be part of a business that values customer service, product expertise, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Whether you're helping customers on the phone, providing technical product advice, or supporting operational activities, you'll play an important role in the success of the business.

We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our small, high-performing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product recommendations and technical guidance
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Assist with warranty enquiries and claims
  • Support inventory and stock management activities
  • Help with warehouse operations and goods movement when required
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service

This is a genuine all-hands-on-deck environment where everyone contributes to the success of the business.

About You

You don't need to be a mechanic, but you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within automotive, transport, industrial, or parts-related industries
  • A genuine interest in vehicles, mechanical products, or automotive performance
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to learn technical product information quickly
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Highly Regarded

  • Automotive parts interpreting experience
  • Suspension, truck, heavy vehicle, or aftermarket product knowledge
  • Warehouse or inventory experience
  • Experience with warranty administration

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of Australia's leading automotive aftermarket group
  • Work with premium brands including KONI
  • Join a supportive team of four where your contribution is valued
  • Diverse role with opportunities to learn and develop technical product expertise
  • Stable, growing business with long-term career opportunities

If you're a customer-focused professional with an interest in the automotive industry and enjoy working in a varied, hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.
