We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established territory based in Kalgoorlie, WA.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers, identifying opportunities and providing solutions that help their businesses succeed.
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while actively developing new business throughout the Kalgoorlie and surrounding regional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
- Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, mining contractors, fleet operators and trade customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
- Execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Partner closely with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
You don't necessarily need automotive experience to be successful, but you do need a passion for sales, customer relationships and delivering results.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
- A track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- The confidence to seek out and win new business
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A current driver's licence
Highly Regarded
- Automotive, auto electrical, mining, industrial, heavy vehicle or trade industry experience
- Experience selling into workshops, fleets, mining or industrial customers
- Knowledge of the Kalgoorlie region and surrounding customer base
