We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Craigieburn, Australia. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operation, delivering exceptional service while supporting our team in achieving ambitious targets. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported. Provide outstanding customer service by offering product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
Support the sales team in achieving store targets and performance goals through proactive engagement and efficient transaction processing.
Manage point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash transactions, card payments, and maintaining detailed records with precision.
Organize and maintain store displays, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, properly stocked, and aligned with company standards.
Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising to optimize product visibility and availability.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values and meets all safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems efficiently and support colleagues in delivering consistent customer experiences.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices while demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks.
Identify customer needs and concerns with empathy, working toward solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
