JAS Auto Electrical Parts is Australia’s leading destination for auto electrical and battery solutions. We specialise in automotive electrical, air conditioning, heavy-duty, industrial, and energy storage applications.

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is a central point of contact between stores, head office teams and external partners. You’ll provide coordination, administrative support and communication across the network, contributing directly to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with a wide variety of stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a key support contact for the JAS store network, responding to enquiries and coordinating follow-ups
  • Monitoring shared inboxes, tracking requests and ensuring tasks are actioned and completed
  • Preparing documents, communications and updates to support regional and operational leaders
  • Coordinating fleet administration activities across motor vehicles and material handling equipment
  • Supporting payroll validation activities and follow-ups with stores
  • Assisting with network development projects, including coordinating site change safety assessments
  • Supporting Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) activities, reporting and compliance tracking
  • Liaising with property teams to coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
  • Managing internal communications, intranet content, SOPs and “ways of working” documentation
  • Working with store and regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and support future initiaties
  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, operations support or a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact, and adapt to changing priorities
  • A well-organised approach with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine alignment to Bapcor values
