Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving business objectives and creating an environment where both team members and customers thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within automotive, specialty retail, or a large-format retail environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • A commercial and results-driven mindset, with experience delivering sales growth, achieving KPIs, and managing store performance.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers, team members, and key stakeholders.
  • A values-led and collaborative approach, with the adaptability to lead change, inspire others, and create a positive team culture.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, compliance, and risk management, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both customers and team members.

Experience or interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded, but most importantly, we're looking for a passionate leader who can bring out the best in their team and drive outstanding results.
