Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, you should have:
Considerable understanding of modern application architectures, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, including AI-assisted delivery, automation, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
Experience working with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end solution designs
Understanding of financial services, payments, receivables, and digital banking domains
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience leading requirements workshops and collaborating with business, product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders
Ability to identify automation and AI opportunities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and delivery outcomes
Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience supporting Agile delivery, product roadmaps, and business transformation programs
Ability to influence teams, provide technology guidance, and drive successful solution delivery aligned with business objectives

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
