Job Description

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, you should have:

• Considerable understanding of modern application architectures, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns

• Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, including AI-assisted delivery, automation, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices

• Experience working with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams

• Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end solution designs

• Understanding of financial services, payments, receivables, and digital banking domains

• Experience leading requirements workshops and collaborating with business, product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders

• Ability to identify automation and AI opportunities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and delivery outcomes

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience supporting Agile delivery, product roadmaps, and business transformation programs

• Ability to influence teams, provide technology guidance, and drive successful solution delivery aligned with business objectives

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.

Minimum Salary: $75,000

Maximum Salary: $135,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
