Join our US sales renewals team as a Sales Renewals Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving renewal rates across North America, executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, improve renewal retention rates, and identify upsell opportunities. You will conduct outbound calls and emails to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options, create and provide proposals, negotiate, and supply any related documentation. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Missions
- Responsible for driving renewal rates across North America and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options.
- Use Salesforce CRM System to document all customer activity, manage pipeline and forecast.
