About the Role
We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging content across social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling static graphics, carousels, infographics, short-form videos, product demos, and motion graphics that bring the BarrierBreak brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn carousels, infographics, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Understand the aesthetics of the brand and try to reflect that into videos and graphics
- Edit podcasts, shot content into shorter video edits
- Create videos from scratch using graphics screenshots stock images and videos
- Create graphics that align with BarrierBreak's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Translate briefs into clean, modern, and impactful visual communication.
- Design assets for product launches, campaigns, webinars, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
- Edit and create short-form videos, product feature videos, explainers, and promotional content.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and basic visual effects to videos.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists and marketers to develop creative campaign concepts.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining consistency and quality across all assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, presentations, motion graphics, and marketing assets.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand and work within established brand guidelines.
- Experience creating high-quality LinkedIn carousels and digital marketing creatives.

- Figma (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience creating B2B SaaS or technology marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing for LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for improving design workflows.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Mass Communication/ Media Studies / Digital Media/Marketing / Advertising
Other Details: Location: Mumbai, Goregaon (East)
Working days : Monday to Friday (2 days WFO)
Working hrs. : 9.30am to 6.30pm
