Person Specification
Experience Essential- Demonstrable experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
- Experience of migrating reports or dashboards between BI platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, or equivalent modern cloud data platforms
- Experience working with an alternative BI platform (e.g. Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud
- Experience working in an NHS or other complex public sector organisation
- oAbility to translate operational and clinical reporting requirements into effective dashboard design
- oAbility to work collaboratively within a third-party delivery model (e.g. Centre of Excellence, managed service)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
- Understanding of data governance, information security, and access control principles (e.g. row-level security, RBAC)
- Degree in a numerate, technical, or data-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- oMicrosoft certification relevant to Power BI, Fabric, or Azure Data (e.g. PL-300, DP-600)
