ABOUT THE ROLE

Baselayer is growing, and we're looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us hire the people who will define the company. You'll be owning full-cycle talent acquisition across Go-to-Market, and Operations teams. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role - you'll work directly with founders and hiring managers to build a bar-raising hiring process and bring exceptional people into the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM and Operations - from sourcing through offer close
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and maintain a high hiring bar
• Build and manage sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative outreach
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every candidate has a respectful, clear, and timely process
• Maintain and improve our ATS, keeping pipelines clean and data accurate
• Develop and iterate on interview processes that are structured, fair, and predictive of on-the-job success
• Contribute to employer brand efforts - help tell the Baselayer story to attract candidates who are excited about our mission
• Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success hiring across GTM and/or Operations roles
• Strong sourcing skills - you know how to find and engage passive candidates, not just manage inbound
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; you run a tight, candidate-friendly process
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

WORK LOCATION

• Remote or Hybrid out of NYC

COMPENSATION

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 + Equity
• Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus
