Join our team as a Full Stack Software Engineer, where you will work on new product initiatives and collaborate closely with our product and design teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end features, participating in design meetings, and advocating for best practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience, strong knowledge of SQL and database design, and proficiency in React and Python.
Missions
- Spec and build product features that are beautiful and earn the trust of our customers through predictability and reliability.
- Work at all levels of the stack, from AWS, Python and Postgres to React, HTML and CSS to build and maintain end to end features.
- Advocate for best practices to other engineers, and take the initiative to propose changes and improvements.
Profil recherché
- You are excited about working with the latest JS frameworks and always eager to learn and try new things- You take the initiative to propose changes and improvements and can communicate your ideas in the right way
- You have a strong bias towards elegant and simple solutions that drive direct value to the users
- 5+ years of software development experience with modern full-stack web development
- Production experience with SQL and database design using PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar
- Strong sense of ownership and focus on long-term usability and extensibility
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks
- Fluent in one or more backend and frontend technologies and have an interest working with JavaScript, React and Python
- Strong knowledge of service oriented architectures
- Proficient in React and Python
- Have a startup mentality: team player, self-motivated, high-integrity, pragmatic, resourceful, can execute under pressure
- Experience working with AWS
