Estamos buscando um(a) Estagiário de Recursos Humanos para apoiar nos processos da área.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar os processos de admissão, desligamento e integração de colaboradores
  • Realizar a administração e compra de benefícios
  • Apoiar os processos de folha de pagamento e gestão de ponto
  • Conduzir etapas de Recrutamento e Seleção, incluindo alinhamento de perfil, divulgação, triagem e entrevistas
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de RH
  • Realizar controles, conferências e envio de documentações de colaboradores e clientes
  • Atender e acompanhar demandas de colaboradores
  • Apoiar auditorias e processos de mudanças organizacionais
  • Apoiar ações de comunicação interna e conteúdos de RH

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior cursando em recursos humanos, administração ou correlatas
