As a Digital & CRM Specialist, you will support the Consumer Experience Department in the execution of digital initiatives, with a particular focus on CRM activities that contribute to business growth and consumer engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Follow the day-to-day execution of CRM activities across our brands, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, content creation, and marketing automation.
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of CRM and digital campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordination of careline activities to ensure accurate CRM processes and compliance with business guidelines.
• Support the review and coordination of copy and visual content across some of our online channels (EA websites), managing the briefing with our agencies.
• Assist with the monitoring of budgets related to managed activities and projects.
• Coordinate with technical development agencies and internal collaborators to support project delivery, concentrating especially on Database related initiatives.
• Help track project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed according to plan.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and support the preparation of insights and recommendations.
• Finding and coordinating alignments with other teams to identify successful strategies

The role is also designed to feed the talent pipeline within BAT & the Marketing functions.

What are we looking for?

• University degree, ideally Master
• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, ideally within an FMCG company.
• Previous experience handling day-to-day CRM activities. Experience with or certifications in Salesforce and/or HubSpot are considered a strong plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in German & English language required
• Good project management skills and a proactive attitude towards delivering results on time and in full.
• Good understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and digital platforms, as well IT affinity.
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Proactive with a sense of ownership
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Solid grasp of business imperatives and strong business insight
• Excel knowledge required
