Join our Events & Engagement (E&E) Direct Engagement Team, where creativity meets strategy. We’re a tight-knit, collaborative group bringing to life unforgettable consumer experiences - from Mobile Pop-Ups and 1-2-1 events at venues to nationwide campaigns that connect our brands with audiences in meaningful ways.

Reports To: Marketing Deployment Executive

Geographic Scope: UK

Travel Required: Hybrid work - In the office min. 3 days a week

Core Relationships: Internal - Consumer Experience & External Agencies

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the planning and execution of high-impact direct engagement campaigns for the UK market, with a primary focus on 1-to-1 via Fly Teams, Mobile Pop Ups and On Trade channels and when required large-scale events that bring our brand to life.

• Lead weekly team meetings and help track performance, KPIs, and budgets.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, External Affairs, Finance and Brand Teams) to ensure compliance and campaign excellence.

• Collaborate with creative agencies - managing timelines, deliverables, and project progress.

• Prepare reports and insights to measure campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support compliance checks, event logistics, and other operational needs behind the scenes.

• Monitor competitor activities and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns.

• Work cross-functionally with the wider Consumer Experience and Brand teams to align on cycle plans and project timelines.

What are we looking for?

• Passionate about marketing, events, consumer engagement and brand experiences.

• Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to support decision-making.

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Great communicator and team player with a collaborative approach.

• Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Eligible to work in the UK / having work Visa to the UK.

• Marketing or any related business studies is essential.
