BAT Vietnam has an exciting opportunity for aMarketing Deploymentrole in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Drive the end-to-end execution of brand projects: Deploy Brand campaign and evaluate with effective data/performance tracking.
- Brand Performance: Manage brand house performance through monitoring market info insight, Brand Health, Retail audits, Sales data analysis and propose action plan.
- New Product Introduction: Deploy, manage, monitor and evaluate new products within Brand House.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Marketing deployment and various departments, ensuring cohesive execution of brand initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Team Development: Champion self-development and cultivate a deep understanding of brand strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning through insightful sharing and feedback sessions.
- Innovation & Transformation Drive: Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth and effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in Category Management in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC).
- Fluent English and Vietnamese. Advanced communication & presentation skill.
- Proven proficiency in project management and ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver common objectives.
- Good stakeholder management skills, including effectively communicating project goals and progress to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving successful outcomes and achieving strategic objectives.
