En tant que Technicien de maintenance CVC, vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive et de la réparation des installations sur plusieurs sites tertiaires en Île-de-France. Vous devez avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance multitechnique et être titulaire d'un CAP/BEP en chauffage, plomberie ou génie climatique.

Missions

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive des différentes installations (chauffage, ECS, ventilation, traitement d'eau).
  • Assurer la conduite et la surveillance des chaufferies gaz, et entretenir les installations de production d'eau chaude.
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer des pannes, garantir un reporting clair et identifier les travaux à réaliser.
