What You'll Be Doing

• Follow PPE, safety, and cleanroom requirements, and report any hazards or concerns.
• Adhere to cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) standards.
• Perform batch filling, CIP/SIP, and equipment cleaning activities as per approved procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas, equipment, and cleanrooms.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper status labeling of machines.
• Support smooth production operations by coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Report breakdowns, deviations, quality issues, or non-conformances to supervisors and stop activities when required.
• Assist in achieving production, quality, and compliance targets while maintaining accurate documentation.

What You'll Bring

• ITI or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, preferably injectables.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing, sterile production, filling operations, or regulated production environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, BPRs, SAP, and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, attention to detail, and safety mindset.
• Experience with device operations, production equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
