About the job
As a Tender Specialist you will play an important role in bringing our solutions to the healthcare market. You will coordinate the end-to-end tender process, partnering with teams across the business to deliver accurate, timely and compliant submissions while identifying opportunities to improve our tender strategy and success.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Maintain and update a database of all tender-related information and documents.
- Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Efficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €32,000 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits and incentives.
