US Marketing Associate - (SaaS Sales)

We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Associate who can combine digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and sales enablement to strengthen Baxture's digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands the IT services industry, enjoys creating content around technology and business, and can independently take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning and creation to execution and performance analysis.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

SEO and Website Growth:

• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve Google search visibility.
• Create and optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs, and SEO-focused content.
• Use Google Analytics and search performance insights to understand traffic and improve website visibility.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities for organic growth.

Content and Social Media:

• Research and write blogs, thought leadership content, website copy, and technology-focused content.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Repurpose blogs and long-form content into social posts, carousels, newsletters, and other formats.
• Build and own the marketing and social media content calendar.

Sales Enablement and Campaigns:

• Create white papers, newsletters, brochures, flyers, sales decks, pitches, one-pagers, conference announcements, and reusable marketing templates.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Brevo.
• Work with sales teams to create content that supports business development.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work directly with founders, leadership, sales, project managers, designers, and technical teams.
• Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
• Work with internal subject matter experts to turn technical knowledge and project insights into compelling content.

AI and Creative Tools:

• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, and Genspark for research, ideation, content creation, and presentations.
• Evaluate, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content rather than relying on raw outputs.
• Have basic proficiency in Figma and a good understanding of visual communication.
• Create visual concepts and AI-generated references that can be effectively communicated to designers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in IT services, IT consulting, software development, SaaS, or product engineering
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company is preferred.
• Experience creating content for the US market or US-focused businesses is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT services such as Software Development, Product Engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Cloud, AI, and Automation.
• Hands-on understanding of SEO, keyword research, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong writing, research, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.
• Portfolio or work samples are required.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with paid digital marketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance marketing platforms.
• Understanding of campaign targeting, lead generation, conversion tracking, and paid campaign performance metrics.
