Product Manager - Growth

As a Product Manager - Growth, you will own the end-to-end lead-generation performance of dubizzle’s VAS funnels - inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service contracts - across the dubizzle platform, CLM and paid channels. You will identify choke points across each funnel, run a structured A/B testing agenda, and work closely with design and engineering to ship improvements that increase lead volume and conversion. Beyond the funnels, you will drive select VAS frontend initiatives across dubizzle web and app - including partner integrations - that expand what the automotive services business can offer.

In this role, you will:

Funnel Growth & Conversion Optimisation

• Own end-to-end lead conversion performance across the C2C inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service contract funnels.
• Identify choke points and drop-off stages within each funnel using data, session recordings and user behaviour analysis.
• Tweak funnel flows, forms, CTAs and messaging to increase qualified lead generation from the dubizzle platform, CLM and paid channels.
• Expand lead capture across channels - WhatsApp, call centre and chatbot - not just web/app forms.
• Personalise and segment funnel steps based on user profile and prior behaviour.
• Design re-engagement and remarketing flows to recover users who dropped off and abandoned funnels.
• Define and track north-star and stage-level metrics (CVR, drop-off rate, CPL, lead-to-sale) for every funnel.

Experimentation & Data Analysis

• Build and prioritise a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap using RICE/ICE frameworks.
• Design pricing and packaging experiments (fee structures, bundles) alongside UX and CTA tests.
• Be proficient in GA4, GTM and Excel to analyse funnel conversion at each stage.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track funnel health, experiment results, and lead quality across channels.
• Run cohort, funnel and attribution analysis to identify the highest-impact opportunities for growth.

UX & Product Design

• Create wireframes, user flows and mockups (Figma) for funnel improvements and new features.
• Partner with design to simplify user journeys and remove friction at each step of the funnel.
• Translate research and data insights into clear product and design requirements.

Roadmap & Delivery

• Build the business case and ROI justification for growth initiatives to inform prioritisation, not just execute against a set roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap for funnel growth and related VAS frontend initiatives.
• Write clear PRDs and user stories, and prioritise the backlog based on impact and effort.
• Follow up closely with the development team through sprint cycles to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate QA and release readiness with development before funnel changes go live.
• Run experiment retrospectives and feed learnings back into the roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CRM/Sales Ops, Marketing, Design and Engineering to align on funnel priorities.
• Partner with the CRM team on lead handoff quality, feedback loops and lead scoring.
• Coordinate with marketing on channel mix, campaign landing pages and CPL/CPA performance.

VAS Platform & Strategic Projects

• Lead select frontend initiatives across dubizzle’s VAS ecosystem beyond funnel work, e.g. bank integrations for financing and insurance flows.
• Evaluate and scope new VAS features and partnerships that expand lead-generation potential.
• Stay current on growth, CRO and fintech/proptech trends relevant to classifieds and automotive services platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management and growth roles, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces or classifieds platforms.
• Proven track record improving funnel conversion rates and running structured A/B testing programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ship product improvements.
• Experience in automotive services, fintech, insurtech or proptech-adjacent products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of effective sales methodologies and strategies for hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the banking and insurance partner landscape, including their specific requirements, approval criteria, and operational processes.
• Well-versed in customer service and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively & efficiently.
• Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude.
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
