Experiencia comprobable liderando proyectos de migración Cloud, idealmente de GCP hacia AWS.
Conocimientos sólidos en AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch y Lambda.
Conocimientos en GCP: Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM y networking.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de infraestructura y servicios Cloud.
Conocimientos de Terraform, DevOps y CI/CD.
Experiencia en arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad, recuperación ante desastres y seguridad Cloud.
Conocimientos de FinOps: rightsizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans y optimización de recursos.
Capacidad de liderazgo, planificación, gestión financiera y comunicación ejecutiva.

💼 Principales responsabilidades

Liderar la planificación, coordinación, ejecución y control integral del proyecto de migración Cloud, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto, calidad, seguridad y continuidad operacional.

Liderar proyectos de migración Cloud de principio a fin.

Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de arquitectura, infraestructura, desarrollo, seguridad y operaciones.

Definir y gestionar cronogramas, roadmap, hitos y dependencias.

Administrar riesgos, presupuesto, proveedores y recursos del proyecto.

Presentar reportes ejecutivos de avance a stakeholders y comités.

Garantizar estándares de seguridad, arquitectura y gobierno Cloud.

Impulsar estrategias FinOps para optimización de costos en AWS.

Coordinar la gestión del cambio y asegurar la continuidad operacional durante la migración.

Certificaciones PMP, Scrum Master, AWS o Google Cloud.
Experiencia en proyectos de transformación tecnológica de alta complejidad.
Experiencia coordinando proveedores y equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios.
