Brindar apoyo operativo al área contable mediante el registro, control y análisis de la información financiera relacionada con cuentas por pagar, gastos y retenciones, garantizando la exactitud, oportunidad y cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y normativos.
Principales responsabilidades
- Registrar, revisar y hacer seguimiento a cuentas por pagar.
- Realizar control y verificación de gastos operativos y administrativos.
- Calcular, aplicar y registrar retenciones según normatividad vigente.
- Gestionar documentación contable y soportes requeridos.
- Apoyar procesos de conciliación y cierre contable.
- Garantizar el orden y la actualización de los archivos y bases de datos del área.
- Brindar soporte al equipo contable en tareas operativas asignadas.
Requisitos para postularse
- Técnico o tecnólogo en Contabilidad, o estudiante activo de Contaduría Pública.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cuentas por pagar, manejo de gastos y retenciones.
- Manejo de excel intermedio
