What You'll Do

コンサルタントの継続的な成長とスキル向上を支援するため、各種研修プログラムの企画・運営を担当いただきます。

組織の戦略やビジネス環境の変化、社員の育成ニーズを踏まえ、シニアメンバーや関係者と連携しながら、研修プログラムの企画・設計から実行、改善まで幅広く携わっていただきます。また、必要な学習機会にアクセスできるよう、ニュースレターやSlackなどを活用した情報発信や受講促進にも取り組んでいただきます。

業務内容

研修プログラムの企画・設計

・組織や社員の育成ニーズを踏まえたプログラムの企画・設計

・シニアメンバーや関係部門と連携した内容の検討・改善

研修プログラムの運営・実行

・定常的な研修プログラムの運営および進行管理

・関係者との調整、受講者対応、各種オペレーションの実施

・フィードバック収集・分析および改善施策の検討

研修に関するコミュニケーション・受講促進

・学習機会の周知および促進のためのコミュニケーション施策の企画・実行

・ニュースレターの作成・配信やSlackを活用した研修情報の発信

・社員の研修に対する認知・関心を高めるための情報発信方法の改善

グローバルL&Dチームとの連携

・海外のL&D（Learning ＆ Development）チームとの情報共有・連携

・グローバルで展開される研修プログラムの国内展開に向けた調整・運営支援

What You'll Bring

必須条件

・大学卒業以上

・社会人経験3年以上（人事経験は不問）

・人事領域でのキャリア構築に強い意欲をお持ちの方

・英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 またはビジネスレベル）

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

・複数の業務やプロセスを主体的にマネジメントし、成果につなげるスピーディかつ的確な業務遂行力

・さまざまな関係者と信頼関係を構築し、円滑に業務を推進するためのコミュニケーション力・調整力

・ビジネス環境やニーズの変化に柔軟に対応できる適応力
