- Drive improvements in quality, yield, scrap, and process consistency
- Support new product launches, quoting, and process development
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to solve complex foundry problems
- Develop technical standards and strengthen foundry knowledge across the organization
WHAT BCI OFFERS
- $140,000+ starting base salary, based on experience
- Performance bonus
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits
- Free onsite primary care physician with medical plan enrollment
- Stability of a family-owned American manufacturer with more than 80 years in business
- Direct access to company leadership
- The opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our foundry
HOW WE OPERATE

This position may require access to information controlled under ITAR or other U.S. export control laws. Employment is contingent upon the applicant's ability to access such information in accordance with applicable U.S. law or BCI's ability to obtain any required authorization.
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
If you know cast iron, green sand, and metallurgy and want more than a job maintaining someone else's processes, we want to talk.
Don't maintain the status quo. Help us build what's next.
Apply today and become a key technical leader at BCI Solutions.
