JOB SUMMARY
As a Game Day Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service. This position also has opportunities for daytime stockroom assistance, involving receiving shipments, managing inventory, and staging merchandise for key holders to display on the sales floor. This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in converting the store from one team's merchandise to another team's, as needed
- Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
- Stocking: Receive shipments, verifying incoming inventory against packing lists. Check merchandise for damage and imperfections
- Stocking: Tag new products and stage items for sales floor
- Stocking: Restock, fold, and organize the storage room and sales floor
JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS

- Basic point-of-sale system knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Basic point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Stocking: familiarity with inventory control and tracking.

Day Shift: Usually starts between 8-9 am and ends between 3-5 pm
Gameday Shift: Usually starts between 3-5 pm and ends between 10:30 pm and 12 am (some exceptions)
We are pleased to share the hourly rate for this position is $22.28/hour. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: 401k matching, gameday meals, tuition reimbursement, transportation allowance, merchandise discounts on most items, uniforms, and mental health and financial wellness programs.
